How payments work on the WW Games platform
Which payment methods a brand launches with, how deposits and withdrawals move through the ledger, and what an operator controls from the admin panel — down to which button a player sees in which currency.
Which payment methods does a brand launch with?
Four crypto providers come connected with every launch: NOWPayments, PayRam, Banxa and CryptoBot. Fiat methods — card and bank channels — are integrated for the markets a brand actually serves, as part of the setup.
The platform also has card and open banking channels, which are connected per market once a provider has agreed to work with the brand. Which fiat providers will accept a brand depends on its markets and its licensing — licensing is the operator's responsibility, and WW Games does not hold or sublicense a gambling licence, but can put operators in touch with licensing providers.
Which local methods players expect differs by country — SPEI and OXXO in Mexico, M-Pesa in Kenya, mobile money in Ghana. What each market uses and requires is on markets.
- Crypto
- Deposits and withdrawals in the coins the operator enables from the NOWPayments catalogue, plus PayRam's crypto channel.
- Card to crypto
- Banxa and PayRam let a player pay by card while the casino receives crypto — the usual route for a player who has no wallet yet.
- CryptoBot
- Telegram's payment bot, for deposits and withdrawals without leaving the messenger.
- Telegram Stars
- An optional top-up method inside the Mini App. Stars are deposit-only: Telegram's terms do not allow them to be withdrawn.
How does an operator choose what players see?
Separately for every wallet currency and for each direction. For deposits and for withdrawals, each channel can be switched on or off, placed in order, and given its own label and icon.
A channel that is switched off is not just hidden from the dialog — the server rejects it. That matters when an old link or a cached page still offers a method you have stopped supporting: the request fails instead of reaching a provider you no longer use.
Per-currency control is what makes a multi-market brand work. A player on a rouble wallet can see a card option first and crypto second, while a player on a USDT wallet sees only crypto, from the same brand and the same admin screen.
The set of channels is fixed by what is integrated. Connecting a new payment gateway and its API keys is done by our team; the admin panel enables and arranges channels that are already connected. Enable only channels that are live for your casino — a visible method that fails at the last step costs more than a missing one.
Which currencies can players hold?
Any currency the operator enables as a wallet currency. Players can hold wallets in several at once and switch between them; accounting runs in US dollars, with exchange rates refreshed automatically every hour.
Each currency has its own display format and precision, a row of quick deposit amounts, a caption naming the banks players will recognise, and its own minimum withdrawal and withdrawal fee — set in US dollars and in the currency itself. Rate history is kept per currency.
Crypto coins are added from the NOWPayments catalogue, which fills in the network, address format and precision automatically. For each coin the operator sets a minimum withdrawal and whether withdrawals are allowed in it at all — a coin can be accepted for deposits and still be paid out in another.
How is money recorded?
In a double-entry ledger. Every deposit, bet, win, bonus, reward, adjustment and withdrawal is a transfer between two accounts, so money never appears or vanishes — it always comes from somewhere and goes somewhere.
Players have separate accounts for real money, bonus money and points; the casino has system accounts for GGR, promotional expense, each payment gateway and escrow. The transactions log shows every movement with its type, status and individual entries, and can be filtered by player, account, type and date.
A reconciliation check confirms that all accounts in each currency sum to zero. If they do not, something has gone wrong, and the check says so rather than leaving the discrepancy to be found in a month-end spreadsheet.
Payment callbacks are processed with idempotency keys, so a provider that delivers the same notification twice — which providers do — does not credit a deposit twice.
How does a withdrawal work?
The player requests it; the amount moves from their balance into escrow; staff approve or decline it. On approval the money is sent through the gateway, and on decline it returns to the player's balance.
Escrow is what keeps a pending withdrawal honest. The money is no longer the player's to bet, but it has not left the casino either, so the ledger stays balanced while a decision is pending. If the gateway send fails after approval, the amount returns to escrow automatically and the request can be retried.
Approving and declining are separate permissions, and both ask for a fresh two-factor code at the moment of the action. If the NOWPayments balance lacks the coin the player asked for, the admin panel creates a conversion first and approves once it has finished.
A withdrawal request cannot be created by a player on a fraud hold, and it can also be gated on a verified email address, checked before anything is moved to escrow. Checking the player's risk profile before approving a large amount is part of the standard flow — see anti-fraud.
How do you know a gateway can pay?
The balances screen shows the live balances of CryptoBot and NOWPayments — available and on hold — next to the ledger's own system accounts.
An approval that fails with "not enough balance" means the gateway needs topping up, not that anything is lost: the player's money is still in escrow. Watching the gateway balance before a busy weekend avoids the failure altogether.
Payouts can be filtered by status — pending, sent, received, cancelled, timed out — and by player, so a support agent can answer "where is my withdrawal" from one screen.
How do payments work in the Telegram Mini App?
Through the same wallet and the same channels as the web casino, plus Telegram Stars as an optional top-up. Payment pages open through Telegram's own interface, so the player stays inside the app.
CryptoBot and TON-based crypto suit the channel best, since the player already has them in the messenger. Stars are the lowest-friction deposit of all, but cannot be withdrawn, so payouts always go through a crypto or fiat channel. More on the Telegram side is on the Telegram casino page.
What do payment integrations cost?
Integrating the payment methods a brand's markets need is part of the setup fee, and the four crypto providers come connected with every launch. There is no separate charge for payments on top of the setup fee and the revenue share.
The revenue share is calculated on GGR, before payment fees are deducted, so a cheaper payment mix improves the operator's margin without changing what the platform is paid. The full structure is on pricing.

Payment questions
Which crypto payment providers are included?
NOWPayments, PayRam, Banxa and CryptoBot come connected with every launch.
Does the platform support card payments?
Yes. Players can pay by card through Banxa and PayRam, which convert to crypto, and direct card and open banking channels are integrated per market once a provider agrees to work with the brand.
Can players withdraw in Telegram Stars?
No. Stars are a deposit method only; Telegram's terms do not allow them to be withdrawn. Withdrawals go through crypto or fiat channels.
Are withdrawals automatic?
No. Each withdrawal is approved or declined by staff with that permission, confirmed with a two-factor code. The amount is held in escrow until the decision.
Can players hold more than one currency?
Yes. A player can hold wallets in every currency the operator enables and switch between them. Reporting is in US dollars.
What stops a deposit being credited twice?
Payment callbacks are processed with idempotency keys in the ledger, so a repeated notification from a provider is recognised and not credited again.
