What is WW Games?

A B2B vendor of white label online casino software, founded in 2026. It supplies the platform — games, payments, bonuses and a back office, on the web and in Telegram — that operators run under their own brand.

About WW Games

Is WW Games an online casino?

No. WW Games is a software vendor. It supplies a casino platform to operators and does not accept players or take bets itself.

Is WW Games a game developer?

No. The games come from 73 studios through aggregation. WW Games builds the casino platform around them: accounts, wallet, payments, bonuses and the operator back office. The sportsbook is connected through a third-party integration.

Who is the platform for?

Affiliate teams and media buyers who want their own brand for their traffic, owners of existing casinos and betting projects, and entrepreneurs launching a first iGaming brand. The affiliate teams page covers the most common case.

How do I contact WW Games?

By email at business@wwgames.tech or through the sales manager on Telegram at @wwgamesmanager. Those, the @wwgamestech channels on Telegram and X, and wwgames.tech are the only official channels — listed on contacts.

What does a WW Games casino cost?

A one-off setup fee from $5,000 and a revenue share from 7% of GGR. There is no monthly platform fee, no minimum term and no exit fee.

The full price breakdown

Is the setup fee a one-off payment?

Yes. It is paid once and covers branding, platform configuration, the payment integrations your markets need, and testing. After that the only ongoing cost to WW Games is the revenue share.

What exactly counts as GGR?

Gross gaming revenue: what players bet minus what they win, before bonus costs, payment fees and marketing are deducted. It has one widely understood definition, so it can be checked against your own reporting.

What is not included in the price?

Your gambling licence and your marketing. Neither is bundled, marked up or paid to WW Games. There is no monthly platform fee, no per-seat charge for admin users and no charge for the Telegram channel.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. There is no minimum term, no minimum revenue commitment and no exit fee. Twelve- to twenty-four-month lock-ins are common in the category, so it is worth asking every vendor the same question.

Are some features only available on a higher plan?

No. There are no feature tiers. What moves the setup fee is the amount of integration and customisation work, not which parts of the product you may use.

How long does it take to launch?

About a week on the platform side: brand setup, payment integration for your markets, testing, then production. A few weeks end to end is realistic, because the licence, the domain and payment contracts usually take longer than the build.

What a white label launch includes

What does a demo show?

The live product: the web casino, the Telegram Mini App and the back office, with your markets and questions discussed on the call. What to prepare and what follows is on the demo page.

What do we need to bring?

Your brand decisions, a domain, support for your players, payment coverage for your markets and licensing, which is the operator's responsibility. The platform, games, payments integration and back office come from WW Games.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes. The casino runs on your domain under your brand. The domain and its DNS stay yours; we provide the records to point at the infrastructure and take care of the certificates.

Can the design be changed completely?

Yes. Logo, colour palette, fonts, layout and the tone of the interface are set to your specification in the web version and the Telegram Mini App alike, and nothing a player sees identifies the platform behind it.

How many markets can we launch in at once?

As many as you have payment coverage and a licence for. Launching one market properly and adding the next once the first is earning usually costs less and shows which market deserves the next round of work.

Can we move an existing casino to WW Games?

Yes. When the licence and payment contracts are already in place, the platform week is most of the timeline. Ask your current vendor for an export of players, balances and transaction history in a documented format.

Who holds the gambling licence?

The operator. Licensing is the operator's responsibility and depends on the markets they serve. WW Games does not hold or sublicense a gambling licence, and can put operators in touch with licensing providers.

Licences compared by jurisdiction

Do we need our own gambling licence?

Licensing is your responsibility as the operator, and which licence applies depends on your markets. It is not part of the setup fee. A licence is usually the longest item in a launch plan, so it is worth starting early.

Can we trade under WW Games' licence?

No. WW Games does not hold or sublicense a gambling licence. Some white label providers lend theirs; the Scalara comparison shows what that arrangement costs.

Can you help with licensing?

We can put you in touch with licensing providers. The choice of licence, and the relationship with the regulator, stay with you.

Which games and betting does the platform include?

3500+ slots, live casino, table, crash and instant-win games from 73 named studios, plus a sportsbook with pre-match and live betting, connected through a third-party integration on the same account and wallet.

All 73 game studios

Does the catalogue include Pragmatic Play?

Yes. Pragmatic Play is the largest contributor by number of titles, and its live dealer tables are included.

Does the catalogue include Evolution?

No. Evolution and Ezugi are not in the catalogue; live dealer tables come from Pragmatic Play. If Evolution is essential to your brand, ask about it specifically before signing.

Are crash games like Aviator included?

Yes. Spribe, the studio behind Aviator, is in the catalogue, along with Aviatrix, SmartSoft Gaming, Galaxsys and Onlyplay.

Can we add a game provider we already work with?

Yes. Providers you hold your own agreements with are connected alongside the catalogue and appear in the same library, with the same search, filters and categories.

How does the sportsbook work?

It is a third-party sportsbook integrated into the platform, with pre-match and live betting. The player has one account, one balance and one bonus system across casino and betting, and the section can be switched off if a brand does not need it.

Can the casino run inside Telegram?

Yes. The casino runs as a Telegram Mini App with the full feature set, on the same backend, account and wallet as the web version, at no extra cost.

How a Telegram casino works

Is the Telegram Mini App priced separately?

No. It is one platform with two front ends, launched and branded together. There is no separate Telegram build to commission or pay for.

Can a player use the same account in the browser and in Telegram?

Yes. One account, one balance, one bonus state and one history. A player can start in Telegram and continue in the browser.

Do we need our own Telegram bot?

Yes, and it is yours. The Mini App opens from a bot registered under your brand, with your name and avatar.

What happens to players if the bot is blocked?

They keep their accounts. Balances, bonuses and history are stored in your project rather than in Telegram, so players continue in the browser. Restoring the channel means registering a new bot and redistributing its link.

Which payment methods are available?

NOWPayments, PayRam, Banxa and CryptoBot are connected with every launch. Fiat methods are integrated for the markets you operate in as part of the setup, and Telegram Stars can be enabled for deposits.

How payments work

Can we connect our own payment provider?

Yes. If you already hold a contract with a PSP, it is integrated; if not, providers and methods that work in your markets are connected during setup.

Can players pay by card?

Yes. Banxa and PayRam let players pay by card while the casino receives crypto, and direct card and open banking channels are connected per market once a provider agrees to work with the brand.

Can players withdraw in Telegram Stars?

No. Stars are a deposit method only; Telegram's terms do not allow them to be withdrawn. Withdrawals go through crypto or fiat channels.

Are withdrawals approved automatically?

No. Each withdrawal is approved or declined by staff with that permission and confirmed with a two-factor code. Until then the amount is held in escrow.

Can players hold several currencies?

Yes. Players can hold wallets in every currency the operator enables and switch between them. Reporting is in US dollars.

Which bonus and loyalty tools are included?

A bonus engine with deposit, fixed and free-spin bonuses, promo codes and welcome chains; a VIP programme with levels and rakeback; slot tournaments; daily tasks; and a referral programme for players.

All platform features

Which types of bonus can we create?

A percentage of the deposit, a fixed amount and free spins, each with its own wagering, time limits and caps. Bonuses can be given on sign-up, by promo code or by staff, and chained across several deposits. Details are on bonus system.

Does the platform have cashback?

No. It has rakeback: a share of turnover returned to the player by VIP rank, whether they win or lose. There is no loss-based cashback. See VIP and rakeback.

Can a promo code require a Telegram channel subscription?

Yes. A promo code can require the player to be subscribed to one or more Telegram channels, public or private, before it activates.

Do tournaments need someone to close them and pay prizes?

No. Tournaments start, score, finish and pay their prizes on their own, on schedule. See tournaments.

Do players earn anything for inviting friends?

Yes. A player earns 5% of every deposit their referrals make, rising to 7% and 10% as they invite more. See referrals and streamers.

Can we run our own affiliate programme?

Yes. The platform includes a partner portal and a partners section in the back office, with revenue share, CPA or hybrid commission settled daily, USDT payouts and APIs for trackers and landing pages.

The affiliate programme

What is affiliate revenue share calculated on?

The NGR of the players the partner referred: GGR after realised bonus cost and provider commission. A negative period pays zero.

Does it work with external trackers?

Yes. Any tracker that can call an HTTP API can push leads and poll their statuses. There are no postbacks to configure.

Can every partner have their own landing page?

Yes. Partner landing pages give each affiliate a page on your domain with their bonus package loaded from the admin panel. They are set up on request at no extra charge.

Can a partner offer an exclusive bonus?

Yes. A partner, or one of their campaigns, can have its own welcome bonuses, which players arriving through that link receive instead of the standard ones.

Does the platform use AI?

In the back office, optionally. An AI copilot answers staff questions about the admin panel and translates or edits promotional text into the storefront's seven languages; it does not see casino data and cannot change anything.

How the AI copilot works

Can the AI copilot see our players or change settings?

No. It answers from the platform's operator guide only, has no access to players, balances, bonuses or settings, and cannot change anything in the panel.

Can it translate our bonuses and promotions?

Yes, into English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Chinese and Polish. Amounts, wagering like x35, placeholders and links are kept, only empty languages are filled, and nothing is saved until an admin reviews it.

Is the AI copilot on for every brand?

No. It is switched on per brand for operators who want it, and only administrators given the permission can use it.

How are the platform and player data protected?

Each brand runs as its own deployment with its own database, behind a Cloudflare tunnel, with verified nightly backups, per-permission staff access, two-factor confirmation on sensitive operations and a full audit log.

How the platform is secured

Who owns the player data?

You do. Accounts, balances, transaction and game history live in your project, and the admin panel is where you work with them.

Does my brand share a database with other casinos?

No. Each brand has its own deployment and database, so there is no shared player table, back office or ledger between brands.

How often is the database backed up?

Nightly. A restore returns the database to the last nightly copy, so up to a day of writes can be lost.

Is WW Games ISO 27001 or PCI DSS certified?

No. WW Games holds no third-party security certifications and publishes no external penetration test. If your market or auditor requires them, that is a reason to choose a certified vendor.

Does the platform detect fraud?

Yes. Every player is scored automatically for multi-accounting, self-referral and bonus abuse, and staff review flagged players and can hold withdrawals. See anti-fraud.

Comparing WW Games with other options

Is WW Games an alternative to Scalara?

Yes. Both sell a branded casino platform with games, payments and a back office. Scalara's White Label route includes its licence; with WW Games licensing is the operator's responsibility. The full comparison is on WW Games vs Scalara.

Is WW Games an alternative to SoftSwiss?

Yes, at a much lower entry price, with a Telegram Mini App included. SoftSwiss has a far larger catalogue and certifications for regulated markets. See SoftSwiss alternative.

Should we build our own platform instead?

Usually not at the start. A build typically takes a year or more; it pays off only when the revenue share you would pay exceeds the running cost of your own platform team. See build vs buy.

Can we move to another platform later?

Yes. There is no minimum term and no exit fee, and your brand, domain, licence and payment contracts are yours. Ask any vendor for a documented export of players, balances and history before you sign.
