White label casino providers compared
The providers buyers and AI assistants name most often for a white label casino, set side by side on what decides a first launch: whose licence you trade under, what it costs, how fast it goes live, and what ships with it. Every figure about another vendor links to the page it came from, checked on 27 September 2026.
Which white label casino providers are there?
The names that come up most are SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, Slotegrator, SoftGamings, BetConstruct, Soft2Bet and White Hat Gaming, with newer platforms such as Scalara and WW Games. They split into two groups: vendors whose white label runs under their own licence, and vendors that leave the licence with the operator.
The split matters more than any feature list. Under a vendor's licence you launch sooner and skip the application, but the licence — and often the legal entity — are the vendor's. On your own licence the start is slower, and what you build stays yours if you change platform. White label against turnkey sets out the trade-off.
The rest of the page compares them on the terms each one publishes. Scale differs by orders of magnitude — from vendors with thousands of staff and approvals in regulated markets to platforms founded in the last two years — so read the tables as a way to shortlist, not as a ranking.
How do their licence and price compare?
Five of the nine include a licence in their white label: Slotegrator, SoftGamings, BetConstruct, Scalara and White Hat Gaming. Only two publish a complete price: WW Games and Scalara. Slotegrator publishes turnkey terms as a time-limited offer; the rest quote per operator.
| Provider | Licence in the white label | Published price | Launch time |
|---|---|---|---|
| WW Games | None — the operator's responsibility; introductions to licensing providers | From $5,000 setup and from 7% of GGR; no monthly fee, no minimum term (pricing) | About a week on the platform side |
| Scalara | Their Anjouan licence, or your own on Turnkey (source) | €15,000 per brand, €6,000 a month, 20% to 16% of GGR (source) | Provisioning in hours; go-live depends on licence and payments |
| Slotegrator | Their legal entity and a Curaçao sublicense (source) | White label not published; turnkey offer of 3% of GGR, €10,000 a month from month 13 below €100,000 GGR (source) | "In a month" (source) |
| SoftGamings | Their existing licence, Curaçao or MGA among the options (source) | Not published | About 6 weeks on the white label page; 1–3 months in their FAQ (source) |
| BetConstruct | Sub-licensed under their Curaçao, Malta, France and UK licences (source) | Not published | 1–3 weeks after the contract (source) |
| White Hat Gaming | Their B2C licences: UKGC 52894, MGA/B2C/370/2017 and 26+ US jurisdictions (source) | Not published | Not published |
| Soft2Bet | "Ready-to-use licensed products" in regulated markets, including MGA and Sweden (source) | Not published | Not published |
| SoftSwiss | No white label published; both deployments on the operator's licence (source) | Not published; their guide puts a white label at €20,000–60,000+ upfront (source) | 3–8 weeks in their own white label timeline (source) |
| EveryMatrix | Not stated on their turnkey page; B2B licences MGA/B2B/201/2011 and UKGC 39383 (source) | Not published | Not published |
How do their games, Telegram and AI compare?
Catalogues run from 3,000 to 45,000+ games. Two of the nine have a Telegram casino — WW Games as a Mini App and Slotegrator as a bot. Five mention AI, for different jobs: bonus abuse, analytics and fraud, player or sales support, and on WW Games a copilot for back-office staff.
"Not mentioned" and "not published" mean the vendor does not state it on the pages checked, not that it cannot be arranged. Ask each shortlisted vendor directly, in writing.
| Provider | Game catalogue | Telegram | AI in the product |
|---|---|---|---|
| WW Games | 3500+ games, 73 named studios | Mini App on the same account and wallet, included | Optional AI copilot for staff: panel help and translation into 7 languages |
| Scalara | 14 named studios; title count not published | Not mentioned | AI player support through partner Tugi Tark (source) |
| Slotegrator | 20,000+ games from 150+ providers (source) | Bot casino synchronised with the web casino, since 2017 (source) | AI analytics, AI-assisted KYC and AI anti-fraud (source) |
| SoftGamings | 40,000+ games from 300+ providers (source) | Not mentioned as a product | Not mentioned |
| BetConstruct | 350+ providers; title count not published (source) | Not mentioned as a product | Hoory, an AI assistant offered for support (source) |
| White Hat Gaming | 3,000+ games from 130+ providers (source) | Not mentioned | Not mentioned |
| Soft2Bet | 6,000 games from 100+ providers (source) | Not mentioned | Not mentioned |
| SoftSwiss | 40,000+ games from 300+ providers (source) | Not mentioned; PWA support instead | Not mentioned; Motion no-code automation (source) |
| EveryMatrix | 45,000+ games from 355+ providers (source) | Not mentioned | Bonus Guardian: AI bonus-abuse prevention (source) |
Which white label casino providers include a licence?
Slotegrator (a Curaçao sublicense under its legal entity), SoftGamings (its own licence, with Curaçao and MGA among the options), BetConstruct (sub-licensing under its Curaçao, Malta, France and UK licences), Scalara (its Anjouan licence) and White Hat Gaming (UK, Malta and US B2C licences).
SoftSwiss publishes no white label and puts both of its deployments on the operator's licence. EveryMatrix does not say on its turnkey page. WW Games does not hold or sublicense a gambling licence: licensing is the operator's responsibility, and we can put you in touch with licensing providers.
A licence from the vendor is the fastest start and the least independent one. Before signing, ask what happens to the licence, the legal entity and the player base if you leave. What a licence of your own costs, by jurisdiction, is on licensing.
Which white label casino providers publish their prices?
WW Games and Scalara publish complete terms. Slotegrator publishes its turnkey terms as a special offer. SoftSwiss publishes market ranges in its guides but not its own price. The rest quote per operator.
On published terms WW Games is the lowest entry point of the nine: $5,000 once and from 7% of GGR, with no monthly fee and no minimum term. Scalara charges €15,000 per brand and €6,000 a month plus 20% to 16% of GGR, and includes its licence. Slotegrator's offer takes 3% of GGR but adds €10,000 a month from month 13 below €100,000 GGR.
A quote is not a worse deal than a published price, only a harder one to compare. Ask every vendor the same four questions — what the percentage is charged on, the minimum term, what the setup covers and what is billed monthly regardless of revenue. The pricing page explains why each one matters.
Which providers support Telegram and AI?
Telegram: WW Games, as a Mini App on the same account and wallet, and Slotegrator, as a bot. AI: EveryMatrix and Slotegrator use it against fraud and bonus abuse, Scalara and BetConstruct for support, and WW Games for a back-office copilot that helps staff and translates promotions.
How a Telegram casino is built decides how players move between Telegram and the browser; the Telegram casino page explains the Mini App approach. The AI copilot page sets out what the WW Games assistant does and does not do — it sees no casino data and cannot change anything.
How do you choose between them?
Start from the licence. If you want the vendor's, shortlist Slotegrator, SoftGamings, BetConstruct, Scalara or White Hat Gaming by the markets their licences cover. If you will hold your own, compare SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix and WW Games on price, catalogue and what ships with the platform.

Where are the detailed comparisons?
Each provider below has its own page comparing it with WW Games in full, with the same sources: SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, Slotegrator, Scalara, SoftGamings, BetConstruct and Soft2Bet.
How was this comparison made?
Every figure about another provider comes from that provider's own site as published on 27 September 2026, with a link to the page. Where a vendor's pages disagree, the range is given. Anything not stated is marked as not published or not mentioned rather than guessed.
WW Games wrote this page and is one of the nine, so it is not neutral. That is why the table leads with the licence — where WW Games offers the least — and why every other row can be checked against its source.
