Privacy policy
What this website collects about visitors, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It includes our U.S. Privacy Policy, GDPR disclosure and CCPA disclosure. Last updated 21 October 2026.
What does this policy cover?
This policy covers the website wwgames.tech and the conversations you start with WW Games by email or Telegram. It does not cover casinos built on the WW Games platform: each operator decides what its players' data is used for and publishes its own policy.
WW Games is the controller of the personal data described here and can be reached at business@wwgames.tech. How the platform stores data for operators is a separate subject, covered on data protection.
U.S. Privacy Policy: what does this website collect and why?
Usage data from analytics and the hosting provider's request logs, a browser storage entry when you dismiss the language banner, and whatever you send us when you write to us. The site has no forms, accounts or payments, and we do not sell personal information.
Who receives it. Google and Vercel process data on our behalf as service providers. We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising and do not use it to target advertising. We disclose data if the law requires it.
How long it is kept. Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, and hosting logs for the period Vercel applies to them. Messages are kept while a conversation or business relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as legal, tax or accounting obligations require.
Do Not Track. The site does not change its behaviour in response to browser Do Not Track signals. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on to stop Google Analytics.
Children. The site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data; if you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
Security. The site is served over HTTPS only. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit what we collect to the data described here.
Changes. When this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
- Google Analytics 4
- Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, device and browser, and clicks on the button that opens our Telegram. It sets cookies and is used to understand which pages are read.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights
- Page views and page loading performance, measured without cookies.
- Hosting logs
- Our hosting provider, Vercel, records requests to the site, including IP address and browser details, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Browser storage
- If you dismiss the banner suggesting another language, your browser remembers it locally. Nothing about it is sent to us.
- Messages you send
- When you email us or message us on Telegram, we receive your name, address or username and what you write, and use it to reply and to discuss working together.
GDPR disclosure: what are your rights in the EU, EEA and UK?
If you are in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and object to how we use it. Write to business@wwgames.tech; we answer within one month.
The legal bases above are the ones we rely on for each purpose. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object, and we stop unless we have compelling grounds to continue.
International transfers. Google and Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA and the UK. These transfers rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
No automated decisions. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
Complaints. You can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work. We would appreciate the chance to answer your concern first.
- Analytics and hosting logs
- Legitimate interests: understanding how the site is used, delivering it and keeping it secure.
- Messages you send
- Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and legitimate interests in running our business.
- Records we must keep
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.
CCPA disclosure: what are your rights in California?
If you live in California, you can ask what personal information we have collected about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we will not treat you differently for using these rights.
We do not collect sensitive personal information as the CCPA defines it. We disclose personal information for business purposes only to the service providers named in our U.S. Privacy Policy, and we have not sold or shared personal information in the last 12 months.
To make a request, write to business@wwgames.tech. We will confirm receipt within 10 business days and answer within 45 days, and we may ask for information to verify the request comes from you. An authorised agent can make a request on your behalf with your signed permission.

How do you make a privacy request?
Email business@wwgames.tech and say what you are asking for. Requests are free of charge.
If you have written to us before, sending the request from the same address or Telegram account helps us find your data and confirm it is yours. Analytics data is held by Google under a pseudonymous identifier, so for most visitors deleting cookies in the browser is the quickest way to stop it being linked to you.
