Consultation on opening an online casino
A free call with the team that runs launches on the WW Games platform. We go through your market, licence path, platform model, payments, budget and timeline, and you leave with a plan with dates and a cost estimate. It obliges you to nothing.
What is the WW Games launch consultation?
A call with the platform team to turn the idea of a casino into a plan: which market first, which licence fits it, which platform model, which payments, what the first year costs and when the casino can open. It is free, and you get the plan in writing afterwards.
We are a platform, not an independent consultancy, and say so up front. That cuts both ways. The numbers on the platform, the costs and the timeline are first-hand, from the people who would run the launch. And when WW Games is the wrong fit — a regulated market that requires certified software, for example — we say that too, because a launch on the wrong platform costs us as much as it costs you.
What does the consultation cover?
Everything between the idea and the opening date: the market, the licence path, the choice between building, white label and turnkey, payments, games, the first-year budget, the timeline and how you will bring and keep players.
- Market
- Whether your target country issues its own licence, how players there pay, and which market to open first. See markets.
- Licence path
- Which jurisdictions your market and payment providers accept, what they cost and how long they take. We can introduce licensing providers.
- Platform model
- Build, white label or turnkey for your situation, including when WW Games is not the answer.
- Payments
- Which providers fit your market and licence, what is connected from day one and what depends on provider approval.
- Games
- Which studios matter for your players, and how their fees add to the platform's share.
- Budget
- Every first-year cost line, ours and everyone else's, as on pricing, sized for your plan.
- Timeline
- What runs in parallel, what waits on what, and a realistic opening date.
- Players
- Traffic sources, affiliates, Telegram, and the bonuses and VIP levels that bring depositors back.
What does the consultation not replace?
A lawyer and a licensing provider. Licensing is the operator's responsibility and depends on the markets they serve; we explain the options and can put you in touch with licensing providers, but we give no legal, tax or corporate advice and do not file applications.
- Legal and tax advice
- Company structure, tax residence and contracts are for your lawyers and accountants.
- Licence applications
- Filed by you or a licensing provider. WW Games does not hold or sublicense a gambling licence.
- Traffic
- We do not buy media, run campaigns or manage affiliates. The platform gives you the tools.
- Land-based casinos
- We only work on online casinos: web and Telegram.
Who is the consultation for?
Anyone planning an online casino and not yet sure of the order: first-time founders, affiliate teams with traffic of their own, operators moving from another platform, and crypto or Telegram projects. Each situation starts in a different place.
- A first casino
- Start from the market and the licence. The order of the steps is in the guide on how to start an online casino.
- Affiliate teams
- You already have the traffic; the question is the economics against CPA. See for affiliate teams.
- An existing casino
- Licence and payments are in place, and the call is about the export from your current provider. See moving an existing casino.
- Crypto and Telegram
- Crypto payments and a Telegram Mini App come with every launch. See the crypto casino and the Telegram casino.
How does the consultation work?
In four steps: you write to the sales manager with a few facts about the project, we agree a time, we go through the plan on a call, and you get a written summary with dates and a cost estimate. Whether to go further is your decision.
If you want to see the product on the same call, say so when you write. The demo and the consultation can be one conversation.
- 1. Write to us
- On Telegram at @wwgamesmanager or at business@wwgames.tech, with the market and where you are with the licence.
- 2. The call
- Your plan, step by step, with questions answered on the call rather than in a follow-up.
- 3. The plan
- A written summary: the order of steps, a realistic opening date and a cost estimate for the platform side.
- 4. Your decision
- Launch with us, compare with other vendors, or wait. No contract is signed on the call.
What should you prepare?
Nothing is required, but five answers make the call much more useful: the markets, the source of traffic, how your players pay, where you are with the licence, and a rough budget and date.
If some of them are still open, that is what the call is for. Saying "we have traffic in two countries and no licence yet" is a perfectly good starting point.
Why talk to a platform rather than an independent consultant?
Because a platform knows its own costs, timelines and limits first-hand, and the call costs nothing. An independent consultant is the right choice for what a platform cannot advise on: corporate structure, the licence application itself and regulated-market compliance.
The two do not exclude each other. Many operators use a licensing provider or a lawyer for the licence and talk to two or three platforms for the software. Whichever platforms you compare, ask each the same four questions, listed on how to compare platform offers: what the percentage is calculated on, the minimum term, what the setup covers and what is charged monthly regardless of revenue.

Questions about the consultation
How much does the consultation cost?
Nothing. It is a call with the WW Games team, and it does not oblige you to launch on the platform.
Do you help with getting a gambling licence?
We explain which jurisdictions fit your market and payment providers, what they cost and how long they take, and can put you in touch with licensing providers. Licensing is the operator's responsibility; WW Games does not hold or sublicense a licence and does not file applications.
Can we have a consultation if we are not sure we will use WW Games?
Yes. The plan is useful whichever platform you choose, and if WW Games does not fit your market we will say so.
Is the consultation the same as a demo?
No, though they can be combined. The demo shows the product: the casino, the Telegram Mini App and the back office. The consultation plans the launch: market, licence, payments, budget and dates.
How do I book a consultation?
Write to @wwgamesmanager on Telegram or to business@wwgames.tech with your market and where you are with the licence, and we will agree a time.
