Back office
The back office, or admin panel, is where an operator runs the casino: player accounts, payment approvals, bonus configuration, reporting, analytics and staff permissions.
It is the part of a platform an operator uses every day and the part least visible when choosing one. Evaluations focus on the player-facing storefront, then the team spends the next two years in the admin panel.
Role separation is the feature that matters most at scale. A support agent needs a player's history and nothing else; the ability to alter bonus rules or export financial reporting belongs to different people, and a platform without granular permissions forces a choice between delegation and control.
