An AI copilot in the back office

A built-in assistant that explains the admin panel to your staff on the page they are working on, and translates or tidies promotional text into every language your casino runs in — without seeing your players or touching your settings.

What is the WW Games AI copilot?

An optional AI assistant built into the WW Games back office. It answers staff questions about the admin panel and translates or edits promotional text into the storefront's seven languages; it does not see casino data and cannot change anything.

It has two parts. A chat panel that opens beside any page of the back office, and an AI menu on every text field that exists in several languages — bonuses, banners, promotions, notifications, tournaments and the rest.

It is switched on per brand, for operators who want it; the rest of the back office works the same with or without it.

What can staff ask it?

How the admin panel works: what a section, field, setting or status means, where something is done, and the steps to do it. It knows which page the question is asked from and answers with links to the right sections.

It answers in English or Russian, the two languages the admin panel runs in. The typical use is a new support agent or content manager learning the panel without taking a senior colleague's time — "where do I set up a welcome bonus", "why can't this player withdraw", "what is the difference between promos and promotions".

Page-aware
"What can I do on this page?" and "Explain the fields here" are answered for the page the admin has open, using the labels they see on screen.
Links, not directions
Answers link straight to the section of the panel where the task is done, rather than describing a path through the menu.
Respects permissions
It does not link to sections the admin cannot open; it names them and says that access is granted by a root admin.
Says when it does not know
Answers come only from the platform's operator guide. When the guide does not cover a question, it says so and points to support instead of guessing.

How does the translation work?

Every multilingual text field has an AI menu. Translate fills the empty language tabs from the one you wrote; Improve, Shorten and Fix mistakes rewrite the text in its own language. The storefront runs in seven languages: English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Chinese and Polish.

What a casino text must not lose is protected: amounts, currency signs, percentages, wagering such as x35, placeholders like {amount}, links, email addresses, and brand, game and provider names are kept as they are. Formatted text keeps its exact HTML tags and links; only the words between them change.

Translation never overwrites a language that already has text — a translation someone has checked stays as it is. Nothing is saved automatically: the result appears in the form to review, with Undo, and a warning if a placeholder or formatting may have changed.

This is where the copilot saves the most time. A bonus, a banner and its terms in seven languages is an afternoon of work with a translator; here it is a few clicks and a proofread. How those bonuses are built is on the bonus system page.

What can the copilot not do?

It does not see your casino's data — players, balances, bonuses or settings — and it cannot change anything in the panel. Asked to do something, it says it cannot and explains how to do it.

That boundary is deliberate. Everything that moves money or changes a player's account goes through the ordinary forms, with their permissions, two-factor confirmation and audit log, described on security. An assistant that could act on its own would be a way around those controls.

It is also told not to ask for, repeat or process personal data of players, and its panel carries the reminder that AI can be wrong and important details should be checked.

How is it controlled?

It is off unless switched on for a brand. Using it is a separate staff permission, spending has daily caps per brand and per administrator, and conversations are deleted after 90 days.

The language model is reached through a provider configured per deployment, with provider-side data collection turned off and zero-data-retention routing on by default. A deployment can also point the copilot at a model hosted on its own infrastructure.

Per-brand switch
Enabled deployment by deployment. A brand that does not want it simply does not have it.
Its own permission
Asking the copilot is granted per administrator, like any other permission in the back office.
Spending caps
A daily limit for the whole brand and a smaller one per administrator. When one is spent, the copilot says so and resets at midnight UTC.
Retention
Conversations are stored for 90 days and then deleted automatically; an administrator can delete their own conversations earlier.

How do you know its answers are right?

Against a fixed set of 31 test questions with known answers, kept in step with the operator guide. Each case lists the facts the answer must contain, the sections it must link to, the ones it must not, and the questions whose right answer is "I don't know".

A separate model acts as the judge, checking each answer's facts against the guide, while links and required labels are checked mechanically. The copilot's knowledge is rebuilt from the guide itself, and the build fails if the two drift apart. The questions are the ones operators actually ask — withdrawals that will not go through, bonus chains, partner payouts, lost two-factor devices.

Tested is not the same as infallible, which is why every answer can be checked against the panel itself and the copilot links to the section it is talking about.

AI copilot questions

Does the WW Games platform have an AI assistant?

Yes. An optional AI copilot in the back office answers staff questions about the admin panel and translates or edits promotional text into the storefront's seven languages. It does not see casino data and cannot change anything.

Can the copilot see our players or change settings?

No. It answers from the platform's operator guide only, has no access to players, balances, bonuses or settings, and cannot change anything in the panel.

Which languages can it translate into?

The seven the storefront runs in: English, Russian, German, French, Italian, Chinese and Polish. It fills only empty language tabs, and nothing is saved until an admin reviews it.

Does translation break wagering terms or placeholders?

It is built not to: amounts, currency signs, percentages, wagering like x35, placeholders like {amount}, links and brand and game names are kept, and HTML tags stay exactly as they were. If a placeholder may have changed, the panel warns before saving.

Is the copilot on for every brand?

No. It is switched on per brand for operators who want it, and within a brand only administrators given the permission can use it.

Where are copilot conversations stored, and for how long?

In the brand's own deployment, for 90 days, after which they are deleted automatically. The model provider is configured with data collection off and zero-data-retention routing by default.
