RTP
RTP is the percentage of all money staked on a game that it pays back to players over the long run. A slot with 96% RTP returns 96 cents per dollar wagered across millions of spins.
RTP is a theoretical figure calculated from the game's mathematics, not a promise about any session. A player can lose everything on a 98% game and win on a 90% one; the percentage only describes behaviour over a volume of play no individual reaches.
Many studios ship the same title at several RTP settings, and which one an operator runs is a commercial decision with regulatory implications. Some jurisdictions set a floor, and some require the figure to be displayed to the player.
