Glossary
Live casino
Live casino is real-time play against a human dealer streamed from a studio, with bets placed through the interface. It covers roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game-show formats.
The economics differ sharply from slots. Live tables carry studio, dealer and streaming costs, so providers price them differently, and they suit higher-stake players rather than high-volume small-stake play.
For operators in markets where trust is the main barrier, live casino does work slots cannot: a visible human dealing visible cards answers the question of whether the game is rigged before it is asked.
