Game aggregator
A game aggregator supplies games from many studios through a single integration, so an operator connects once instead of contracting and integrating with each provider separately.
Integrating directly with a studio means a commercial agreement, a technical integration and ongoing maintenance for each one. Assembling a catalogue of several thousand titles that way is a programme of work, not a task.
The trade-off is margin and control: an aggregator takes a share, and the operator's terms with any individual studio are mediated. Larger operators often run a hybrid, aggregating the long tail while contracting directly with the few studios that matter most to their market.
