Max win
Max win is the largest payout a game can produce, expressed as a multiple of the stake — a 10,000x cap means a $1 bet can return at most $10,000.
The cap is part of the game's mathematics, not a limit the operator sets. It interacts with volatility: a very high max win usually means long dry stretches, because the money funding that ceiling comes from somewhere.
Max win has become a marketing figure in its own right. Players seeking large multipliers filter catalogues by it, which is why provider filters and game pages tend to display it prominently.
