Turnkey casino
A turnkey casino is a ready-built casino platform handed to an operator who runs the business in their own name: their own gambling licence, their own payment contracts and more control over the technology than a white label gives.
Compared with a white label arrangement it means more responsibility and more control. The operator is the licensed entity, carries the regulatory obligations directly, and contracts with payment providers in their own name — which also means they can move platforms without losing the licence.
The cost is time and money at the start. A licence application takes months and requires corporate structure, capital and compliance processes in place before a single player registers.
The two models are compared axis by axis on white label vs turnkey.
